Who should attend?

Anyone who is interested in living a more wholistically healthy and balanced life.

What's going on?

Maintaining a healthy mind is critical to achieving overall wellbeing, especially as it relates to the rigors and demands of the corporate culture. Dr. Ann Brand, Associate Lecturer at UW-Stout, will engage participants in understanding what mindfulness is as well as understand the benefits of adopting it as a lifelong practice. Participants will be led through a few mindfulness practice opportunities and be given practical suggestions about how to integrate mindfulness in the workplace to increase productivity and work/life satisfaction as well as manage stress.

Connect with others who share a vision for creating a community culture of mindfulness related to helping our local businesses thrive. And we will be feeding you! To “save a plate” register by January  27, 2020.

What does it cost?

This event is presented free of charge as an ongoing and integral part of the UW-Stout Center to Study Health Promotion & Wellbeing.
