In this Section

The Job Shadowing Program is a pilot program designed to connect UW-Stout students and employers over Winter Break during January 2020.  Job shadowing allows students to get an insider’s view and experience a day in the life of a professional working in a career field of interest. It also allows employers to connect, mentor and build relationships with current UW-Stout students.  This program is coordinated by UW-Stout Career Services.  At this time the employment site locations are limited to:

  • Local Chippewa Valley Area (Menomonie, Eau Claire, and surrounding towns up to 40 miles from UW-Stout)

  • Twin Cities Metro Area (Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding suburbs)

  • Wausau Metro Area (Wausau, Weston, Rib Mountain, Schofield, Rothschild, Mosinee, & Steven's Point)
